Shipping policy
To ensure every celestial accessory arrives safely and beautifully:
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
- During product launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing may take 3–7 business days.
- Pre-order items have separate timelines stated on each product page.
- If your order includes a pre-order item, your entire order will ship together unless otherwise arranged.
Every parcel is checked, packaged and blessed by the furry corporate team.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship Australia-wide.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note: delays may occur during peak seasons, sales, extreme weather or public holidays.
International Shipping
Celestial Paws ships to select international countries.
- Delivery estimates: 7–21 business days depending on location.
- Customs duties, taxes or import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Customs inspections may cause unexpected delays—we unfortunately cannot control this.
Pre-Order Items
Many Celestial Paws products (especially limited drops and harness launches) are available via pre-order.

Tracking Your Address
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email with your parcel number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear once collected by the courier.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping details during checkout.
- If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, a re-shipping fee will apply.
- We cannot refund orders delivered to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer.
Lost, Delayed or Stolen Parcels
Once your order has been handed to the courier, it is in the courier’s control.
- Celestial Paws is not responsible for courier delays.
- If your parcel is lost or delayed significantly, we will assist you in lodging an enquiry.
- Refunds or replacements for lost parcels will follow the courier’s investigation outcome.
We promise to advocate for you and do our best to help you locate your celestial parcel.
Damaged or Missing items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with:
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the item(s)
- Your order number
We will replace or resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
